Every day you are probably reading something about Millennials. There are many reasons why businesses, including chambers, should be concerned about attracting this young generation. First, they represent nearly one quarter of the total U.S. population at 80 million strong, now surpassing the number of Baby Boomers. Second, many are “millennipreneurs”, starting their own businesses. They are managing larger staffs and reaching for higher profits than their predecessors, yet the oldest ones are still a few years shy of being 40.
